Salvatore

The Rosco Color used in this photo was Roscolux #72: Azure Blue.

I used this color and a single top light special for a dream scene.

The director wanted to make sure this dream was much different from the rest of the reality of the performance so, we settled on this color and it really helped with the erie dream that we wanted to portray.

Lauren

For my college's performance of The Shape of Things, written by Neil LaBute, the Roscolux gel I used for this scene (the park) was R66, R65+R119, R80+R104, R02, R313+R119 and R373+R97. The scene was supposed to be a cool autumn afternoon so I wanted to use the R65, R66 and R80 to emphasize that while using the R02 for definition and the R313 as my source of sunlight; the R373 was used as front light. The play was staged in a more avant garde style in that everything was white and there was very few props and scenery, not to mention the director wanting to heavily implement isolation.
